Cabinet Glass Shelf LED Profiles
- Cut the Aluminium profiles in length as per calulations shown in Fig. 1. Also cut the slot for pin shelf in Aluminium profile as shown.
- Drill Ø5 mm holes in Cabinet to fit Pin Shelf Support as shown in Fig.2 (Ordering Code: PSS1; needs to be purchased seperately)
- Both ends of Aluminium profiles should be cut in 45° to form a Mitre joint. (Ref. Fig.3). Also glass size calculation as shown in Fig. 4
- Drill Ø5.5mm holes in profiles as shown in Fig.3.
- In LED aluminium profile, remove the diffuser and stick LED strip & insert diffuser again as seen in Fig. 3 As per the length of LED aluminium profile, LED strip can be cut at designated points along the strip length.
- Insert 5mm glass in Aluminium profiles and join profiles with Mounting Bracket Kit (Order Code: CGSL2-K needs to be ordered seperately) and screw it with M5 screws provided as shown in Fig.3.
