Hi Slide 90 Soft Close
- Cut a Slot of 2mm wide & 6.5mm deep in bottom of Cabinet & Insert the Dome track into slot as shown in Fig. 2. (Twin Bottom track to be screw fitted) for dimensions refer Fig. 1.
- Fix top track (Twin Top Track) onto the top inner face of cabinet as shown in Fig. 3, for dimensions refer Fig. 1.
- Drill Ø52mm cavity 14mm deep on the bottom of shutter as shown in Fig.4 & screw the Bottom guide. Fit Top guide onto the top side of shutter as shown in Fig 5.
- Soft Close fitting inside the top track as shown in Fig 6 (adjustment as per soft closing action required)
- Engage top side of shutter into the top track; then rest the bottom guide onto Dome track as shown in Fig. 7.
- Loosen the M5 screws in Bottom guide & adjust the height to desired position as shown in Fig. 8.
